This website has been built to publish the eBook "Fast Forward to November 17". The book as been written to help real estate professionals understand what the future will hold under the new Real Estate Agent's Act 2008.
To help with easy reading, there is an online version which can be read on your screen and also a pdf version which can be downloaded and printed. There are 93 pages in the printable version and both versions are free.
All feedback is welcome. You may not agree with everything in the book and it may not provide all of the answers,but if it does nothing else but provoke you into thinking, it has achieved its purpose.

The sequel is a large chapter that was deliberately held back and published three months after the eBook. It offers additional thoughts on why your real estate world will be different after November 17. To obtain the greatest value from each of these, you are encouraged to read the eBook first.
